I am a medical anthropologist fascinated by the science and poetry of being human in a more-than-human world.
I live and work in Helsinki, Finland, where I am a postdoctoral researcher at the Centre for the Social Study of Microbes and the Finnish Multidisciplinary Center of Excellence in Antimicrobial Resistance Research.
I am interested in scientific knowledge production, ecologies of health, illness and wellbeing.
Currently exploring the possibilities for integrating the principles of wisdom traditions, the alchemical and mystical into scientific problem solving that can be both method and medicine.
